View Call Queue Voicemails in RingCentral Online Account
RingCentral Online provides a facility for viewing voicemails; this includes messages sent to a call queue.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to RingCentral Online.
- Navigate to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
- On theCall Queuelists, click thenumerical valueunderMessages.
- Enter thecall queue's passwordand it will present theinboxof the call queue.
NOTE: User must be either a Super AdminorPhone System adminand knows the password for the queue extensions.
