RE: Wizer's Phish Alert Button (PAB)
With our move to Wizer, we have a new Report Phishing button. This feature allows you to easily report any suspicious emails directly to the IT team, making it simpler and faster to address potential phishing threats. Keep an eye out for this button in your email client and use it whenever you suspect a phishing attempt.
You can use this button to report any suspicious or potentially dangerous emails. If you get a suspicious email, click the Phish Alert Button and the email will be deleted from your inbox and forwarded to our IT team for inspection. A ticket will also be automatically submitted to the help desk and, if necessary, the office of IT will respond back to you via the ticketing system.
Why This Matters:
Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. By participating in this training and using the Report Phishing button, you help protect our organization from potential threats and reinforce a culture of security awareness. Wizer’s platform is designed to make this process informative, user-friendly and effective.

Blurbs used to remind user to NEVER forward a questionable email ............
I would like to remind you of our protocol regarding suspect emails. Please refrain from forwarding any emails that contain live links or attachments, as they may potentially carry malicious loads. Instead, kindly take a screenshot of the suspicious email and send that to us for further examination.
Whenever you encounter an email that appears dubious, it is always best to err on the side of caution. As the saying goes, "When in doubt, go without." Additionally, since the email address in question is non-Microsoft, I would advise you to simply delete the suspicious email.
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter and for your continued cooperation.

In the future, if you suspect that an email may be malicious, please select the ‘Report as Phish’ button found within Outlook in the upper right hand corner of the email. It should appear as so:
Emails reported this way are sent directly to our security team for investigation and if found to be malicious, we can block the Sender and report the account to Microsoft.
It is never wise to Forward potentially dangerous emails where the malicious links are still active.
Thank you for your diligence and attention to detail!
