Blurbs used to remind user to NEVER forward a questionable email ............

I would like to remind you of our protocol regarding suspect emails. Please refrain from forwarding any emails that contain live links or attachments, as they may potentially carry malicious loads. Instead, kindly take a screenshot of the suspicious email and send that to us for further examination.

Whenever you encounter an email that appears dubious, it is always best to err on the side of caution. As the saying goes, "When in doubt, go without." Additionally, since the email address in question is non-Microsoft, I would advise you to simply delete the suspicious email.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter and for your continued cooperation.

In the future, if you suspect that an email may be malicious, please select the ‘Report as Phish’ button found within Outlook in the upper right hand corner of the email. It should appear as so:

Emails reported this way are sent directly to our security team for investigation and if found to be malicious, we can block the Sender and report the account to Microsoft.

It is never wise to Forward potentially dangerous emails where the malicious links are still active.

Thank you for your diligence and attention to detail!
