Attached is a copy of the legitimate document sent by the IT department on the afternoon of January 24, 2022 - "ClergyMemo(Part2).pdf".  All remote clergy enrolled to use arch-based e-mail should have received a copy of these instructions.

This memo was the follow-up memo of a "2-part notification" that the IT department began sending out earlier this month.  The initial e-mail was distributed by the Communications department on behalf of the IT department and was sent in multiple languages (English, Spanish and Vietnamese).  These memos were sent several times over the course of the first few weeks of this month.  Copies of the English and Spanish versions of this memo are also attached to this KB article.
