1. Open your Chrome browser and go to outlook.office.com 

2. Enter your arch email address as your user id: jdoe@archatl.com <- Example

3. When you get a prompt for password please click on the blue link "Forgot my password"

4. Get back into your account section will come up and you will be required to enter characters you see on the screen in the small text window below and click Next

5. Next you will see options for verification, please select "Text my mobile phone" and click Next

6. Next you will be required to verify your cell phone number by entering it into the window and click Text button

7. In the following window you have to enter the code that was just Texted to your cell phone and click Next

8. On this screen please enter your new password twice and click Finish

9. Your password has now been reset!

10. Login into your account using your new password!
