July 28, 2021 (8:00am): We learned that the issue we were having with accessing certain sites using Chrome (and Edge) were due to the newer versions of these apps which were released a short time ago and how they interacted with our SonicWall filter settings. After reaching out to SonicWall we were informed that they, too, are aware of these issues as many other organizations are being affected as well. We will continue to monitor SonicWall's findings and have made some adjustments of our own to minimize the impact.
Again, please do not submit additional tickets on this issue. Instead, please use Internet Explorer 11 as a workaround solution. This application can be found by clicking on the Windows icon on the lower left portion of the screen and navigating to Windows Accessories , Internet Explorer. For those working remotely and/or outside of our network, you should be able to use Chrome from your local system to access these sites without any issues.
