Sophos ZTNA appears to have broken on Mac devices today - here is the fix:
1.) Click on the Sophos shield icon in the top banner of your screen (it is normally white, but may appear red now due to the error).
2.) Click the button that should say 'Open Endpoint Self Help'.
3.) In the left-hand menu, click on 'Prerequisites'.
4.) Next to where it says 'Full Disk Access', click the button next to it (should say 'Grant Full Disk Access').
5.) A window will appear with instructions, one of which will be to click the blue text as a shortcut to open the correct page in Settings that we will need. Click and drag the Sophos shield icon that is in a box on the instruction window to the new window titled Full Disk Access.
6.) Your password or TouchID will be required to make the changes and once complete, Sophos should work as intended.
