There seems to be a global issue with Adobe accounts caused by some changes Adobe has made to Creative Cloud accounts. Rather than create a ticket for IT, you can handle this issue yourself by ..........
1. Logging into your Adobe Creative Cloud account (Note: You will need your credentials)
2. If you can't recall your password - use the "Forgot Password" option. Usernames should be your arch-based e-mail address.
3. Once logged in - your account should be reset and you will again be able to use Adobe products (such as Acrobat).
