I used it this week first time for the Advisory Board meeting prep to send confidential docs. It went over to the recipients okay but some couldn’t open the files. Prob some user error on their part, but may also be tech limitations on their end. In case it is just user error, is there a step by step doc that I can send them if they let me know they can't open it?
